Delightful events are held November 20-January 2 from 10 am-8 pm at this beautiful property located at 86 Cañada Rd, Woodside. Admission must be reserved in advance. Admission is as follows: Daytime 10am-4pm adults $28, child (5-17) $15, 5 and under are free –  Evening 4pm-8pm adults $38, child (5-17) $20, 5 and under are free.

  • Get festive every Monday night from 4-8 pm: 11/22 Holiday Hats, 11/29 Hanukkah Lights, 12/13 Festive Face Masks, 12/27 Holiday PJ Party.
  • Santa weekend visits are 12/4-5, 12/11-12, 12/18-19 from 10 am-4 pm when you can snap a selfie with him.
  • The Wreath Designing Parties are 11/23, 12/7, 12/14 from 2-4 pm when you learn the basics of building a beautiful wreath. $600 registration includes a table for 4, materials for 4 wreaths, admission, beverages, a holiday treat, and more.

 

Hometown Holidays Redwood City

Held on the Courthouse Square in downtown Redwood City, this is a free party to celebrate the holiday season (rain or shine) on Saturday 12/4 from 10 am-6 pm. Guests will enjoy a parade, live entertainment, a carnival, rides, snow play areas, photos with Santa, live entertainment, food, and craft vendors. There is a charge for rides and food vendors.

 

Christmas Lights on Eucalyptus in San Carlos

Located on the 1900 clock of Eucalyptus Avenue, two blocks of homes are decorated to the hilt. Traffic flows one way going west from Orange Avenue towards the 2000 block. Starting the first weekend of December, weekends are usually busy so weekday visits might be easier.

 

San Mateo on Ice in Central Park

Located in Central Park (50 East 5th Avenue and El Camino Real), the outdoor ice rink features 11,000 s/f of real ice. Skaters will be able to skate in the sunshine during the day and under the stars at night. Tickets are good all day (no in and out privileges). The rink opens 11/13 and is open daily 2-9pm through January 9, 2022. Free community skate days are 11/16, 12/1, 12/7, 12/15 when skating and skate rentals are free. Tickets are $17 on other days.

Held at Mercy Burlingame College Preparatory (2750 Adeline Drive) on Wednesday 12/1 from 5-9 pm, this lovely boutique has over 60 local vendors, light refreshments, holiday music. The fee is $10 for adults.

 

Sausalito Yacht Club Lighted Boat Parade

Held Saturday, December 11, 6-7:15 pm, this parade can be seen from the Sausalito waterfront, Spinnaker Point, the Ferry Landing, and Clipper Yacht Harbor.
