Juan Jose Cervantes
Juan José Cervantes has a lifelong commitment to the American Dream of homeownership, the environment, and alternative energy. With over thirteen years of experience in project management, design, and construction, combined with over nineteen years of real estate experience, Mr. Cervantes has a unique long-term vision of real estate and building generational wealth through the homeownership process from a holistic approach, considering all aspects of social economic and environmental concerns. He is an advocate for “true” sustainability.

Mr. Cervantes has strong negotiating and organizational abilities. He has a background is in Architecture and Real Estate. He is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley where he majored in Architecture from the School of Environmental Design.

Mr. Cervantes has worked for high profile Architectural firms and companies like Gensler, Hitachi Data Systems, Solar City, to name a few. He started his real estate career in San Deigo as real estate assistant in 2001, then as a licensed Realtor with Coldwell Banker in 2004.
