That being said neighboring Shoreview has homes in the $400,000's.  However, most homes in that range are 2 bedroom 1 bathroom and single car garage.  If you can tell me a little bit more about what it is exactly your parents are looking for (size,price range) then I can better present your options.  Currently, for your money, Parkside provides great value.  If your interested in learning more about the area, please feel free to call me.</description>
