It all depends on the area..and yes the right agent is key to understanding. And it is even better when these properties cash flow, like crazy. I have many investor clients - who are buying investment properties with seller credits - win / win for all and is far better than a further decrease in purchase price and a nice postive cash flow - nice post I will retweet to my database.
