Hey Folks,

So here it is Team Tapper’s first video. Yesterday on my way to a listing presentation, I had my little Flip Mino video camera next to me in the car, so I thought there is never a better time like the present. So here it is – forgive the quality & poor editing, it will only get better with time.

So, if for some reason the video isn’t working for you. The premise behind the video is that homes shouldn’t be priced by how much the Sellers want or need for the home. It’s based off comparable home sales to determine a price closest to market value.

Okay. I’m a broker, and I totally know what you’re going through. I quit wasting my time with dreamers, and it has served me well. Know your top price and walk if they are still in “nana” land. Your time is worth way too much to sit open houses on over-priced homes. Been there. Done that. Great video. Keep up the good work!

Hey, your using the Non-HD Flip Mino and the quality of your video is still awesome. Nice man. Would you like to have a nice looking video production that perhaps you could use for your marketing? I found someone who’s doing great with their vids, you could check these guys out at vancouver video production.
