Cashin Company Realtors: Selling Northern California’s Finest Properties!

Cashin Company Realtors Logo

What is your image of the Peninsula? Here at Cashin Company, our image is of a place where the wonders of nature converge with the wonders of technology. A place where history forged by some of California’s pioneering families – Crocker, Stanford and Huntington – melds with the future being created by business icons like Oracle, Hewlett-Packard and Intel. A place of great beauty, amid one of the most exciting business and academic environments in the world, graced by a wonderful climate, world-class shopping and restaurants, excellent schools, and access to transportation that can take you around the corner – or around the world. Cashin Company is proud to call the Peninsula “home” and is pleased that we can share with you our pride of place.

Our Vision: Cashin Company has a unique vision that differentiates out company from other real estate firms. At Cashin Company, we understand that real estate is local, not national. Because we focus exclusively on peninsula real estate, our knowledge of the local market is second to none.

At Cashin Company, we also understand that real estate is about more than business transactions. It’s about belonging. It’s about building communities, building relationships, giving sound advice, and enriching lives. At Cashin Company, we are closely identified with the local communities we serve.

Finally, we understand that the customer comes first. As a non-franchised, family-owned company, we can focus on individual needs rather than corporate politics and bureaucracy. We really care about the customer and the success of each transaction. Our goals are to provide an unparalleled standard of personal service, exceed our customers’ expectations and become their realtor for life.

Our Roots: For over half a century, the name Cashin has been synonymous with exceptional quality, Skip Cashin of Cashin Company Realtorsintegrity and service in peninsula real estate. Cashin Company’s roots on the peninsula date back more than 50 years to when Emmet J. Cashin, Jr. began selling homes for Fox & Carskadon in Burlingame. By personally helping to develop neighborhoods like Sharon Heights, Sky Farm, Tobin Clark and Hillsdale, Emmet helped build the local communities we all know today. Later, Emmet’s son,  Skip, took over Fox & Carskadon and grew it into one of the most successful independent real estate companies in the country.

Today, the family tradition continues with Cashin Company. It is a tradition based on the enduring principles of personal relationships, local knowledge, extraordinary service, and commitment to the community.

Management: Each Cashin Company office is managed by a top professional who uses his or her experience, enthusiasm, and creativity to help each sales associate serve clients more effectively. Open, ongoing communication between sales associates, managers, and our corporate office ensures that each client’s needs are always a priority and that the necessary resources are in place.

Technology: Cashin Company provides sophisticated tools to help meet your real estate needs. A high-speed data/communications network links our corporate and branch offices. Customized software programs provide instant, up-to-date information to buyers and sellers.

Cashin.com: Cashin Company’s popular web site, www.cashin.com, provides global exposure and a wealth of up-to-date information via the internet 24 hours a day. Our web site can link you directly to local, state, and national listings. You can search for open homes by county or community. You can view photos of properties, take a virtual tour through the homes and obtain listing information. You can access all of our offices and easily find an agent to help you. You can obtain mortgage information and calculate the best financing options. You can find home warranty, title and escrow companies. You can acquire valuable relocation information and community demographics and discover Northern California Living… all on www.cashin.com.

Marketing: At Cashin Company, we provide one of the most comprehensive and effective advertising programs in residential real estate. Our listings are featured in the publications that buyers automatically turn to week after week – local daily newspapers, community weeklies, real estate publications, and community magazines. We also build the Cashin Company brand through advertisements on the top radio stations in the Bay Area.

Support Service: Cashin Company’s in-house counsel provides assistance on transactional issue, and our partnership with a local financial institution facilitates customer loans. We are a member RELO, a national relocation company comprised of leading independent realtors in major metropolitan markets.

Giving Back: One of the key ingredients in Cashin Company’s success is our tradition of “giving back” to the community. We are heavily involved in supporting a variety of local activities and nonprofits, including Little League, community service organizations, recreational sports programs, school fund raising, and special events. We annually support over 50 different local charities that enhance our quality of life on the peninsula. We also provide a $1,000 community service award to an outstanding senior at each of the high schools in our local service area. Our agents, staff and management all actively participate in our community partnerships.

It’s an advantage when a company focuses not only on its business but also on building relationship with the community. To say more, it’s a sign of a perfect company.

A company that looks after the people’s needs holistically, and not only thinks of making money $$$. Cool!

Looks to be a pretty good and reputable company, and more importantly properly managed. Which ironically is hard to come by nowadays just take a look at all of our big banks.

    Steve,

Thanks for the comment. Good management is hard to come by now-a-days. Team Tapper is very fortunate and proud to be housed in the Cashin Company San Mateo Office managed by Peter Aiello. In my opinion, Pete is the best broker/manager in the business.

God with all of this craziness going on in the market right now and the corruption on so many levels from so many companies. Its a breath of fresh air to see companies doing the right thing, we need that so badly in America right now to help our global image again.

    Hey John,

Thank you for your very nice comment. We are all very fortunate to work with such a great company. During hard economic times, Cashin has remained every level of their integrity and honor which makes us all very proud of our brokerage. It shows too because Cashin is doing a large number of deals right now. If you want your transaction closed, call a Cashin Agent.

if you want to get out of debt and hire a debt settlement company for debt negotiation then I have an important piece of advice. Do not go directly to a particular debt settlement company but rather first go to a debt relief network who is affiliated with several legitimate debt companies. In order to be in the debt relief network, the debt settlement companies must prove a track record of successfully negotiating and eliminating debt. They must also pass an ethical standards test. Going through a debt relief network will ensure that the debt company you are provided with is a legitimate and respected company. This is the most efficient way in finding the best debt settlement companies and increasing your chances of eliminating your debt.

Sounds like a very responsible and pleasant company to work with – especially during stressful and anxious times like moving house. Real estate agents are all friendly, but it looks like Cashin’s goes the extra mile. Good luck with the business – hopefully you can smooth the experience for many home-movers!

I like how you focus your services on local clients, which is what’s important. Some real estate agencies try to branch out to a 100 mile radius of where their office is located. That is just too far away to be able to help a client when they need it.
